Hi, I'm Ro.

Welcome to Dust & Donuts, the place where I'll be sharing the stuff I make. Mainly stuff that make dust, hence the name, although some programing will be in there too. I don't think I'll talk about donuts though, but you never know.

I have made stuff pretty much all my life, always loved to work on my bikes as a kid, make RC planes, and a lot of random stuff.

I am an embedded software engineer by trade, although I am working in manufacturing right now. Working on everything that makes an electronic device, from PCB to plastic and box build assembly. I have been living in Hong Kong for the past 7 years, but I am from France.

I am well interested in design as well, and it is this interest that made me start this website. Got asked for my portfolio on stuff I made for a job, and realized that it would actually be cool to showcase the stuff I make somewhere. This is the somewhere.

Being an engineer is quite a challenge when it comes to design, as an engineer has no clue about design. Worse than that, an engineer thinks he knows about design.

This is my attempt at understanding design, as an engineer.
